“it's been a nice journey of learning. i like the pdfs a lot and depend on them to learn more than the videos, something that i woul want to see included is all the visuals. sure the models are included but not everything is”

“The abundance of information provided in such a digestible framework with practical exercises and real world scenarios made this course nutritionally dense and calorie rich. I thouroughly enjoyed it and it has already begun to payoff. I've incorporated much of what I've learned in my job as a Training and Development Manager already!”

“Learning content and woring at your own pace works very well. Lessons learned for me, don't put too much tim in between sessions. Follow a schedule. Had to go back and review alot because I forgot a lot. PDFs are very helpful though to get you back on track.”
