“I regret subscribing to AIHR. The course content did not meet my expectations, and the website’s functionality made the learning experience frustrating. To make matters worse, their customer service is absolutely terrible. I requested a refund and cancellation of my subscription, but despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive a response. It’s unacceptable for a professional development platform to have such poor support and disregard for its customers. If you’re considering subscribing, think twice—there are far better options out there with responsive support and better course value.”

“I love AIHR! Their learning modules are fantastic (I've taken HRCI, SHRM, and ATD courses), and I feel AIRH goes WAY above and beyond all the rest in their overall value. The videos are fantastic; the reading supplemental material is on point. On top of all the certifications and courses, the immense resource library is fantastic!
