“There were so much content in the online course that I will use in my real life HR practices. It opened my mind to other factors of the role that i haven't been able to experience in my current career. However, at least a the minmium knowledge base I feel a bit more confident tackling them if the opportunity presented itself.”

The resources offered through membership are very valuable, particularly the tangible templates they provide for use in your organization. The certification program was offered in a way that was self-paced, but engaging, and the expertise shared was of very high quality. “Geat experience! The OD certificate program is comprehensive and provides ample resources to apply concepts deepening the learning. I can't speak favorably enough of the resources and tools available outside of the program. I wish I had more time to explore but subscription is ending soon.”
