“This course provides sufficient amount of knowledge about performance management for a beginner. Coincidentally, my company is currently reviewing the whole performance process, which helps me apply what I have acquired through this course. However, it doesn't have many case study or real-life scenarios to practice on.”

“Super easy to navigate and work through. Being able to do all of the work at my own pace was very helpful. Also when something is answered incorrectly, they would give a reason and explanation so that you understand what the correct answer was.”

“Good teaching, and information. I would personally like a review sheet either at the end of each module or at the end of all the modules as a reminder of what important information/summary of key insights i recieved for each section so that i can review it at the end before taking the exam.”

“It's good, but limited to Microsoft applications for People Analytics. As many companies are using Google Workspace products, it would be helpful for AIHR to offer a Google Workspace alternative to these courses.”
