“The course covers basic concepts involved with being a data analyst, with some introduction into Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service, but does not go into other Power BI related systems. The course covers some typical Excel functions and statistical hypothesis tests. Overall the course covered a lot of material in some detail, and I found the training trascripts and downloadable resources helpful. But the handouts lacked pictures, and the trascripts often used phrases like "click on this thing here", rather than telling you what to click on. The videos helped alot, but with a lot of detail to cover, watching them and taking notes was a bit cumbersome, but that is a challenge with online classes. I did like that the different modules offered practicums and tests with explanations, and a few of the examples used can be applied to my work situations. Although I would have liked to cover a few more scenarios related to different but common people analytics. I think the course could be improved with some terminology refernce lists for example. But I found the traininers to be very clear and helpful. I feel this course could be most helpful to students who are are visual or hands-on learners who can grasp alot of detail. Thankfully though, you can take the classes at your own pace and your status is tracked by your account. What I found extremely helpful was the template and guide resources that students are allowed to download each week for free (up to 10/week). I found some of them very to be very useful. When I ran into some issues with the site, I received prompt responses to help me resolve the issues.”

“When studying for my Certified Learning and Development Specialist program, I found the information comprehensive and easily accessible. Some independent study is needed to fully commit the information to memory, mostly because of the amount that you'll be learning, but it is well worth the effort. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the program and look forward to learning more through AIHR in the future.”

“My experience with AIHR has been exceptional.
