“When I first started the program, the system was a bit tricky to navigate. But I’ve noticed some recent updates to the website that have made it much easier to get through the content, which is really helpful! One suggestion I have is with the capstone assignment. It might be more effective to introduce it earlier in the course—maybe around the halfway point and keep the test as the final step. As for the test, it doesn’t quite take 20 minutes to finish. With 40 questions, it feels like it would take about an hour to answer them all, especially given the amount of content to remember. Lastly, I think there’s room to add more content material to the communication section!”

“While I found most of the information within the certificate courses to be well presented and valuable there are some instructional and learning design issues that detracted from my overall experience with the certificate. These issues made it more difficult to process and retain the information that was presented within the program thus affecting my learning.”

“Training method was great with good practical exercises to build skill and be able to apply learnings. Some of the instruction had outdated content (PowerBI course) so version differences made the instruction hard to follow. Some instructors were amazing, others not easy to follow.”

“I recently completed this course, and I must say, it’s fantastic! The content is engaging, insightful, and well-structured, offering a great balance of theory and practical knowledge. I genuinely walked away with valuable takeaways that I’m excited to apply.However, one suggestion I would offer is the inclusion of more human interaction during the modules. While the videos are informative, there are times when having a live facilitator or a chance for real-time discussion would make a huge difference. For someone like myself, who tends to lose focus after extended video sessions, incorporating a bit of human intervention could help keep the energy and motivation high throughout the course. Overall, it’s a great experience, and with just a little more interactivity, it would be even better!”

“The beginning was engaging, but the analysis section in the second part was inconsistent. Some of the information was useful, but at times it delved into overly detailed instructions, such as how to mark or type a formula, which was tedious. The final exam didn't focus on what you learned or how you would apply it in practice; instead, it covered less relevant areas. Overall, obtaining the certificate would be nice, but it wasn't as meaningful as I had hoped.”

“The lessons are super clear and well formulated. The test questions in each section together with the exam is really difficult to comprehend exactly what is being asked in some cases and if clear what the answer should be in others. There isn't an overlap in terminology which is a shame because the video courses are really good.”
