“I'm not happy with the course design of comp & benefits as it doesn't explains real world scenarios such as how to use Mercer or WTS or Radford or any other benchmarking data sets. Also, the speakers speech is very poor due to their Accent and isn't clear. They just talk about theory quotes from Google article and reference link rather than focussing on real examples. The topics were made too complex and confusing rather than simplifying it and breaking it down to what actually works in C&B industry. Only, Neelie's part was amazing as she has the clear understanding of topics and her session was truly a great learning experience. Rest others too old and use the traditional forms of theory knowledge vs 21st century practical knowledge of C&B practices which makes it confusing. Highly disappointed with the course hence giving it 0 stars. The other main reason is the app doesn't support fullscreen videos as there's no option to view or play the video on app in full screen mode. Highly disappointed as I paid 1000$ for course arranging money since I don't have a laptop and you guys don't provide the service to view the course in full screen on mobile devices. Absolutely ridiculous. Please mention it on your website to new users so that they don't get tricked bt this while purchasing the course. I face a real hard time viewing the course on my mobile browser. How can a tech company not have full screen video option embedded in android vs ios as i understand you guys provide the option to view in full screen on iOS devices. That's totally ridiculous. Thanks. Very disappointed ☹️”
