“I have enjoyed being able to use AIHR and have been using the program for about 6 months. In addition to the certificate I completed, I also like the online events and soft skills hub with small, bite sized learnings. The templates are also helpful to review. I also like how each week, AIHR sends an email with new materials to check out or topics to review that week. I have several items bookmarked that I want to come back to. The emails about my streak with working on my certificate were also motivating. The platform covers a really wide array of HR topics, and it has been very helpful having it as a resource!”

“In the beginning I was a bit lost. Think it would be better, to support more in the beginning and maybe even, plan some meetings as a given in advance. The couse has loads of details and is sometimes quite theoretical. Based a lot on different models. But this is how you study, right ;) Overall good learning effects”

“This curriculum was robust and well-recorded (much better production quality than what I've seen from competing education providers like SHRM or HCI), but I give this course a 3/5 star rating because I felt the content flow was overly textbook and hard to apply to real situations. Some modules appear to be sewn together from other courses to beef up the certificate portfolio, and less linked to HR management. I was hoping to grow as a leader through this course, which did not meet my expectations.”

“From the day I joined to AIHR, not only the course of Organizational Development but overall HR knowledge I have found and full of knowledge sharing and practical guidelines inside was practical and helpful.
