“• As a Project Manager, the course's focus on aligning talent acquisition with organisational goals directly supporting my responsibility to manage recruitment projects effectively. • I have learned to better coordinate recruitment initiatives with broader business objectives, making my projects more impactful and ensuring that it is not reactive recruitment. 2. Process Optimisation • The Sprint Recruiting module is particularly valuable for me as it focuses on increasing recruitment efficiency, and I know this year as a company we are focusing on efficiency and design.• This can help me streamline project timelines and improve delivery of recruitment initiatives. 3. “When I first started the program, the system was a bit tricky to navigate. But I’ve noticed some recent updates to the website that have made it much easier to get through the content, which is really helpful! One suggestion I have is with the capstone assignment. It might be more effective to introduce it earlier in the course—maybe around the halfway point and keep the test as the final step. As for the test, it doesn’t quite take 20 minutes to finish. With 40 questions, it feels like it would take about an hour to answer them all, especially given the amount of content to remember. Lastly, I think there’s room to add more content material to the communication section!”

“I am an experienced HR professional who completed this certification to improve my technical skills and statistical analysis. I have a Masters in I/O Psychology, so much of statstical analysis was more of a refresher for me. I appreciated the technical skills learned within Excel, especially utilizing Pivot Tables, Charts and Power Pivot. I also learned many technical short cuts in Excel, which is always valuable. I appreciated the statistical overview, however, some of the examples I felt lacked practicality (statstical significance would likely not be measured in some examples when a meaningful difference could be detected by simply reviewing mean differences). I struggled a bit to understand the applicability of Power BI with real examples. Having zero experience with Power BI, it would require a lot more practice with real data sets to have a more thorough understanding of application. Overall, I found the course valuable for improving my technical and statistical skill set and would recommend the course to those looking to increse their basic skill set in these areas. Please note this course will not make you an expert in People Analytics :-)”
