“Amazing course to equip you with all the necessary skills to rock at your HRPB role. It has a lot with metrics and analitycs and less employees relationship and managing difficult conversatons. I missed a bit of that, but still a great course.”

“As far as the Academy to Innovate HR, I would say extremely amazing. Great response, love the reply and coaching and cheers from AIHR, loved the quiz structures within the modules, the presenters were very much experts in their fields and were so easy to follow and engaging! The content was just enough to draw us in and be very focused and clear in their instruction. The layout was very good. I would say the timeline that is given as far as completion for the course I feel is quite off for someone quite new to OD. It took me 2.5 to 3 times as long as the stated 30 hours of committment. The exam took me MUCH MUCH longer (It was a bit tricky in spots). Overall, I would score AIHR as a 5/5.”

“The content of the course was very good and the instructors were very knowledgeable. The only thing that made it a bit difficult was that the videos were very fast and I found myself having to watch them multiple times to understand certain concepts. I feel that I excel more in a live setting where I can ask questions on the spot. However, overall, it was an excellent course. Thanks AIHR!”
