“This was a great program. Wide range of OD topics, processes, tools and case studies that walk you through applying. Wish I had these before! The final exam was a bit tricky but they allow for retake. It's less about 'studying' and more about applying to scenarios.”

“I enjoyed the templates, insights and mini courses that are available to my team. Two of my team members completed the HRBP course and overall found it helpful. A few sessions they found to be too vague. I audited a few mini courses and found he sessions sufficient for increasing knowledge. E-learning is always a challenge but overall I think the price is right for what you have access to, content quality, and vast selection. My lower rating is due to how subscriptions are structured (you cannot cancel or change your number of seats mid-year, which lacks empathy and flexibility during these difficult economic times) and my "Account Manager" who I never heard from until my membership automatically renewed and I tried to cancel the membership. Yes, AIHR sent me two emails about my renewal but they failed to state in that email that if I did not give 30 days notice it would auto renew. I knew I was cancelling well before 30 days. My account manager never once reached out to me during my year with AIHR to see if i was satisfied with the platform or to remind me of my upcoming renewal (my other Account Mangers with similarly structured subscriptions follow this practice). As someone who has worked within a sales organization for the past 4 years I was extremely disappointed by my account manager's lack of attention and empathy. Before enrolling read the Terms and Conditions in detail and set a reminder on your calendar well in advance. Understand that account management at AIHR is more of a reactive, transactional once a year role.”
