“My experience with the Academy to Innovate HR has been very good so far. The instructors are engaging and knowledgeable, and the information is presented clearly. There could be more opportunities before the capstone project to apply what is taught to help it stick a bit more, but if you are in an HR role right now and can use what you learn in real time then that won't be an issue.”

“Succession Planning has many challanges in actual implementation within a corporate structure. This module "Talent Management & Succession Planning" acts as a guide for HR practioners to naviagte the challanges and plan ahead successfuly for implementation and success. An excellent module!!”
