“I have used Alpha Batteries frequently in the past and have always found them professional and efficient in their distribution. This time however I was disappointed to find that the battery I requested had been substituted for a similar but not so proficient model. To be fair to Alpha they did refund me the £20 difference in price but I would have preferred to have been consulted beforehand”

“Alpha batteries are competitively priced batteries unfortunately the delivery service provided by DX is abysmal and let's them down this is the 2nd time in the last 6months I've used them and been let down by the external delivery service DX and because of this I can recommend.”

“I first used Alpha Batteries a little over ten years ago, when I purchased a 36 hole lithium golf trolley battery. Over the last couple of years, that battery had declined to the level where it would do 18 holes and no more - that in itself however is pretty remarkable, given that I only expected to get around 6 years or so from it! Replaced a week ago with what appears to be an identical battery, which has been used for 18 holes & will be tested further (without re-charge) at the weekend. Both purchases have been very straightforward and I received very helpful support from Alpha Batteries back in 2015, when I needed assistance with adapting the battery to my trolley (no assistance required with battery no. 2). The battery was extremely well packaged, absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company.”

“Been a difficult one to review. As the service from alpha was good, the courier was not. I paid the extra for next day delivery, but it didn't arrive till the second day after the order was placed, not good when you pay the extra. E-mailed Alpha about this but did not receive a response. Battery has been fitted are I am pleased with it. The other problems you will have to make your own minds up on that one.”

“I have previously purchased several auto and leisure batteries from Alpha and found the service both quick and efficient. One car battery failed in service prematurely but was replaced promptly without quibble and more recently Alpha kindly refunded the additional charge I paid for next day delivery when the courier failed to deliver on the day requested.”

“I chose to order from Alpha Batteries as you were offering Next Working Day Delivery for £7.95. Unfortunately your chosen delivery partner (DX) were not up to the task. I needed the battery for a specific event and was therefoee late in getting to the event as had to wait an extra day. You did refund me the £7.95, but actually it has cost me a lot more than that in real terms. The order process and produce quality once delivered have all been very good. The driver from DX was also brillisnt when he arrived.”
