“Great service & fast delivery, only one issue When I ordered the battery, I called Alpha to ask a question regarding the threaded post size on the battery, I was informed that it was an M8 thread, so I ordered from Amazon M8 battery post adaptors, which are not the easiest to find in a female type to fit the battery posts,but to my dismay when the battery arrived the thread was M10. And the adapters I ordered were no use, I then had to find M10 adapters, but Amazon could only supply these on 2 week delivery!!! I tried various suppliers, but was unsuccessful, I think it would be an idea if Alpha (maybe) not only knew what the size was, but also supply these adaptors from threaded post to standard post, as searching the internet I discovered these are not an easy item to find,”

“Usual online service provider out of stock but Alpha had the battery I wanted in stock and free delivery within a couple of days. Arrived well packed and charged ready to go. Slightly more expensive but was in a hurry.”

“I have ordered before from Alpha and always been good. This time I wanted a leisure battery for my caravan, which had failed. Was going away in the caravan a couple of days later and paid for next day delivery. They sent it with DX who failed to deliver, not just the next day but over the next week. Alpha refunded me the next day charge and then sent another out, with FedEx, which did arrive the following day from despatch.”
