“I purchased 4 batteries which were sent by the supplier Leoch on a pallet. When the items arrived I discovered that either the supplier or courier had kindly driven their fork lift into one of the batteries penetrating the packaging and possibly the batteries plastic casing, so I have had to reject the delivery due to the carless damage caused by a forklift driver. No contact. no new date for delivery of replacements . Very bad fulfilment from either the supplier or their courier. Sadly this has undermined my confidence in Alpha Batteries from whom I have made several purchases previously.”

“Awful so far, bought on Tuesday and paid extra for next day delivery. It is now Sunday and still waiting for fed extra to deliver it. I needed it on Thursday as had connectors booked in and had to turn them away!!!”
