“We are Auckland-based. Called your company for the first time to enquire about ordering a sharps container for urgent delivery to Auckland. Needed to job the next day. Did not see on internet that you are based in Whanganui. The very helpful man who assisted me had a name starting with M. I cannot make out the name from the phone recording but it started with M. Order No. ORD24271205. He could not have been more helpful. And when I followed up with a phone call later (as suggested by him) to ensure urgent despatch occurred, the lady I spoke to was also very helpful.”
