“The product is great but we were waiting for it and tracked it down at Wg Hospital Supply Dept where it had been delivered. I purchased this item privately and we asked for it to be delivered to WRHN so disappointed with that outcome. The Supply service had openned the box but had not contacted the Network to query its destination.”

“Really appreciated that they when the product I was buying was out of stock. It was on sale, it they offered to give me another one as well as a similar product, which was not on special for what I paid. There was a confusion with the delivery, but I think that was the courier who said they would deliver one day but didn't deliver till another day despite it being overnight. Everyone was ultra friendly and very accommodating”
