I have bought a lot of gear off you over the years. Earlier in December I ordered some iso sport EarPods for shooting with the usual 3-5 days shipping message. 2 weeks later I chased to be told a day later that they were out of stock and after a further chase they can just before Christmas. When you did respond you were helpful and informative and, having run an online business before I totally understand that sometimes you are at the mercy of your suppliers. However had you contacted me as soon as I placed the order and informed me of the stock issue it would have managed my expectations rather than this only coming to light when frustratingly chased you. Look it’s not the end of the world but consistent communication good news or bad is better than no communication

I can see the order was delivered prior to Christmas, however these should also have been communication from ourselves as soon as the timeframe of delivery extended. We endeavour to communicate with customers as soon as there is a delay beyond the predicted delivery times, apologies for this not happening on this occasion. Took 3 days for them to get around to dispatching the item. Very slow for this day and age when competing against next day delivery companies. Item didn't fit well but that wasn't Ardmoors fault, just one of those things. Would use again but only I couldn't get the same item quicker elsewhere.

Hi Mr Gardiner Many thanks for taking the time to leave us some feedback. As stated on the website on each product description, there is a time frame as to which gives an approximated delivery date. The item you ordered was a 3-5 working day delivery time frame, which does not include weekend days. We do also offer free exchanges so if the size isn't quite right we could exchange for a different size at no extra cost to yourself. Delivery times were shocking, £4.95 for it to take quite a while to arrive. The product is nice enough, I just don't like paying for tracked delivery when you can't track it and they don't post it.

As stated on the Ridgeline items, there is a delivery window of 3-5 working days in order for us to process the order. Unfortunately, as the order was placed on a Friday night, the weekend meant the delivery period for you felt longer. Once dispatched, you receive an email with tracking details for Royal Mail and we use a 24 hour service which can be tracked online. Angus was responsive to emails and very helpful - thank you. To improve; 3-5 (which is actually 4-6 because the day of the order is excluded) seems a bit too long to get an order out.

The boots were fine but they took 6 days to come and there was no response to my email requesting an update. These things matter guys.

Bought 5 ear plugs for £4.86 went to pay and the delivery charge was over £5.00, can’t understand why delivery cost is so high.

Would have been 5 stars but the courier service let you down. They wouldn't leave in a safe place and wouldn't deliver to my local post office. Had to make a hour round trip to collect my items. Might as well have gone to my local clothing store and could have then tried items on. The clothing however is good quality and at a good price. Unfortunately wouldn't recommend until courier changed.

Hi, I have given a midway score as I have yet to see the product? You may want to think of a different courier to Royal Mail. They are really unreliable and my boots were dumped beside a gate at my sons house despite changing the address on my part and receiving confirmation from RM that this had been received? I’m sure my Aigles will be wonderful as they always are but you were totally let down by the delivery in this occasion abd it’s not the first time RM have messed up deliveries to me, despite every other courier seemingly having no problems whatsoever!

The goods we received were good, but the delivery time was too long. We were not informed that the boots were out of stock and they were waiting for supply. I probably would have got them somewhere else had I known as my husbands boots were leaking in

I ordered xs which was supposed to be size 29 1/2 -31 the size of the waist was much bigger than that so you’re size chart needs work,so I had to go and buy a belt so not too impressed

The shoes were of a good price and delivered promptly. However, the quality of the leather of the uppers is questionable. From the first polishing, a 'white salt' staining appeared on the surface of the leather. Once the white 'salt' stopped appearing the leather discoloured in dark patches, which now appear permanent. I will not buy these again.

Hi. I had to wait an awfully long time to receive these deerhunter trousers as they were out of stock. The communication was good, but it might be an idea that if you do not actually have a product then disclose this at time of sale.

Ordering was fine, delivery not so good. It took about 8 days to arrive, despite assurances from customer service that it would be sooner, and was then delivered to the billing address not the delivery address. On the plus side, the phone was answered promptly by someone who knew what was going on.

Hi ArdMoor colleagues, I purchased a coat on Ardmoor & paid for international delivery £30 However, the import duty/VAT to Ireland was almost as much as the cost of the item. You might perhaps make this potential cost more evident: referencing the T&C afterwards is cold comfort. Hope you find this helpful, Best wishes

I like the quality of my product but it’s a bit smaller than usual for the size. I had to be careful when ordering on the website because clicking on the product image did not update the colour so I initially added the wrong shade to my basket.
