“When we specifically request handle holes on extra tough large boxes and they don’t get done, then just fobbed off with a £6 refund on an order that cost £600 and is now not fit for purpose, rest assured we won’t be purchasing from you again.”

“Order slow in being despatched, when I chased and requested a Saturday delivery, I was told this had been arranged but that wasn't true, so order was never going to arrive Saturday, instead arrived as planned on the Tuesday after the bank holiday.”
