“I bought an overpriced Chicken Guard motor a few weeks ago and within a fortnight the ridiculously flimsy string snapped. How it’s supposed to hold up 4kgs I’ll never know. Anyway, Christine has refused to rectify the problem- won’t reply to text, email or voicemail. I’m thinking about taking legal action. I will never buy from you again and will be giving bad reviews wherever I can.”

Hi Lesa, I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're having with your Chicken Guard motor. Please know that your motor is covered under a 3-year warranty, and we've already informed the manufacturer of your problem (you've been cc'ed on the email). To help the manufacturer with their investigation into the issue, we've requested an image of the faulty string and the unit. “Good afternoon! Recently I made a first time purchase from you guys, I found your service really great, the fact that I was able to pick up even though your an online store was fantastic. I needed the product ASAP and where I live can take some time to be delivered and even then I have to go to the post office to pick up my parcel. You have quite a few great products for my girls and the product that I did purchase I couldn’t get anywhere else. I have given your store website to my relatives as they also have chickens. I will definitely be shopping with you in the future and I look forward to you guys hopefully opening up a store one day. Thanks heaps Narelle”

Hi Harold, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review as they always provide great feedback on what we are doing well and what can be improved for a better customer experience. I have looked at your label that was generated and in the Special Instructions field your request of "Ring on arrival and leave at house door" was printed on the label for all Australia Post drivers to follow. This is the same field where all comments (mainly of the 'Authority to Leave' etc) are automatically transferred to the shipping label.
