Digital piano not delivered after two and half weeks. There were 3 packages and only one has been delivered. The pedal unit. Nobody knows what is happening at Tolll. This is terrible

Delivery people sent who did not possess the skill or knowledge to handle a piano. Customer service extremely poor

No information provided about when item will be shipped, when it has shipped, who the carrier is or when I might expect delivery. Other retailers do a much better job of keeping people informed. I was told the item was in stock. It evidently was not.

I am still pending on the missing items of my piano desk. Can you please advise when I will be receiving this? this is a shocking case.

After I ordered and paid for a digital piano, I didn't hear anything for 2 weeks. I had to ring up and ask about my order 5times. Every time when I rang up, I had to explain each different staff who answered my call. They said the person who started my order would call me back, but didn't receive a call back. Finally I received the digital piano I ordered which was left in our garage without any note and also the keyboard box was standing on top of the bench box. I paid nearly $1330,not $50 products. I was very surprised the service I have received, very disappointed and never used this company again and also never recommend to anyone.

I have not received the piano yet. It has been over 10 business days. In addition, delivery tracking system of TOLL is broken. Could not confirm the current status even calling. Only the chair was delivered earlier. It was largely damaged.

Basically I bought a keyboard an FP30 Roland that they had in stock, when I had paid for it all they had to do was deliver it. but instead they sold it to someone else. and I ended up with an inferior product cause they could not source the Roland. I am still talking with my solicitor about the legality of them doing that. and may possibly take action against them. Unless they can rectify the matter soon So to be blunt I am not very happy

Gave me the wrong piano stand. Gave me the standard stand when I ordered the slim one.
