“We use the hampers at my company and they are well received and appreciated by the guests. Its great that we can choose what goes into the hampers, so we can customise them to our guests liking. The items are well packed in a lovely box, which makes it more special.”

“Staff member wonderful but on opening disappointed as you could buy products much cheaper separately. Made for a lack luster present. It would be nice for the money to have a few more treats. Certainly not staffs fault.”

We have recently relaunched our range of hampers to offer much better value for money, with lower prices and more items in every single hamper. We believe our new range now meets the high standards our customers expect. Unfortunately, you placed your order as we were in the process of making this change to the website and ordered an older hamper containing 5 items, several of which were out of stock. We contacted you and offered you a bottle of our bespoke Speyside Single Malt Whisky, valued at £57, at no extra cost as our way of an apology which you kindly accepted. However, we understand that this did not fully meet your expectations, and we regret that your hamper contained fewer items than anticipated. We sincerely apologise for your experience. This is not the excellent service we aim to deliver. If you decide to give us another chance in the future, please get in touch with us directly so that we can make this right.
