“Ordered as a Christmas present for my brother. Unfortunately, the original hamper was left on the front step whilst his house was empty - even though delivery required a signature. Sadly, when he returned the hamper had been taken. However, when reported to Baxters I received a call from a lovely, and professional, lady who immediately ordered a replacement that arrived two days later. The customer service I received was first class. Sadly, in business things sometimes go wrong but it is the measure of a company how they respond to customer feedback. Many companies I have dealt with could learn from Baxters and I will certainly deal with them in the future.”

“I was very disappointed I ordered the hamper in plenty time for Christmas The hamper arrived 28 th December They did not get it for Christmas I was offered £5 refund which I was totally humiliated with To say the least I never expected this service from Baxter’s Do hope you can do something else to soften the disappointment Kind regards and do hope all your staff enjoyed Christmas and how a rest after a very busy time Effie Rodger”

The proof, as they say, is in the pudding and, from the soups to the chutneys and everything in between, this has been a gift that keeps on giving. Beautifully presented and wonderful products. “I bought this hamper as a Christmas gift for my husband as he is quite partial to Baxter’s products, he seemed to like every item although hasn’t found a use for the apple sauce yet. The packaging was very sturdy and the hamper is a good keepsake box. I found this hamper suitable for my husband's tastes except he also likes honey which I bought separately.”

“Bought as a Christmas present for my Scottish husband. He was thrilled with the contents, but we both thought the actual hamper was far too big and if had been smaller, would have reduced the cost. He is still figuring out what to do with the hamper as it is far too good to go to landfill. Selection of food was a great mixture of sweet and savory and pickles were especially good to go with cheese. It was a lovely touch to have a personalized card too as a keepsake long after the goodies have been eaten.”

“Lovely hampers bought for myself, son and his girlfriend, my dad and brother. Didn't arrive on the due date, but that was the couriers fault and Baxters refunded me the delivery costs. My son was super pleased with his as was my dad and brother and myself.. Lovely presented in box and a great selection . Thank you baxters.”
