“Hamper purchased as Xmas gift which was delivered on time and apart from contents the packaging was great ,the contents were exquisite and well received”

“Excellent Customer Service! There was an issue with the delivery of my hamper. The fault lies with the delivery company rather than Baxters. However, within a hour of bringing the issue to the attention of Baxters I received a call from a very pleasant lady called Yvonne who sorted everything out! I have never received better customer service from any company and at this busy time of the year. I will be a regular customer from now on!”

“This was sent as a gift from my family in Canada to my family in Scotland. They were very pleased to receive a Baxters hamper and were extremely happy with the contents. We all love to purchase Baxters products, both in here in Canada and in Scotland, and we knew this would be the perfect gift....and it was!”

“I've had Baxters foods before but never in a hamper format. This came a day earlier than predicted, so I was doubly pleased. The discount offered was also pleasing. I haven't tasted everything yet, as I've only had it for a couple of days, but the 'use by dates' are well into the future.”
