“Beach House Art are a fabulous company to deal with. The Art was made and despatched as promised. The product is of good quality. They were let down by a delivery company but handled it very well and sent me a new order which was expedited and received through another delivery company within 48 hours. I will order again. Thankyou Sam and the team.”

“Service was poor. Took two weeks for prints to arrive. Contacted via email after a week to see what was happening - no response. Followed up via live chat - had to wait 24 hours for a response. Was told that prints would be dispatched the following day and I would be sent tracking information. Took a further week for prints to arrive and no tracking information was ever sent. As somebody who regularly buys from online retailers, this experience was significantly below what I'm used to. Won't be buying from them again.”

“I was pleased with the speed of service and the framed print arrived well packaged without any damage. I was a little disappointed with the quality of the frame in view of the price of the item. That would potentially put me off from buying from this company again.”
