“I was disappointed in the quality of the framed prints. I had ordered some botanical prints from RHS previously but thought I would try Beach House Art this time. I didn't have time to return the prints and get a refund as they were a birthday present. They just look 'cheap'.”

Hi Karena, I'm sorry for the late reply, and that you're not happy with the quality of the prints your ordered, we receive very positive reviews of both the print and frames especially for value for money and strive for customer satisfaction. I understand that they are different the RHS prints you've ordered before, and our price reflects this. We also do offer a money-back satisfaction guarantee, I'm sorry you didn't have the opportunity to use this. “Great art, disappoint frame for the price. It looked extremely cheap. Would recommend to buy the frame separately. I am disappointed I will now need to buy a new frame to replace the one sent.”

“Disappointed with my shell framed print. Was quite cheap looking and had a small black mark on the print. Wanted this for my hallway but instead have put it in a bedroom.”
