“I love the wall art but found it difficult to imagine the various sizes in my mind. Could you say what size the prints are in your promotional pictures? Overall very happy”

“Love the print, really beautiful but was a bit disappointed with the packaging. This was a gift for a friend and the print came in an umarked tube with no insert, no receipt and nothing linking it to your company which felt a bit disappointing. I appreciate the ethos of outsourcing printing and reducing your carbon footprint but I felt it was a shame there was nothing included to promote and celebrate your company, especially when giving as a gift. Hope that makes sense. Thank you.”

“I absolutely love the print it’s gorgeous! My only let down is that, even though I tried my very best to flatten it carefully, it has still creased. It’s disappointing that it’s not perfect. I don’t know if there’s any other way to package them. I guess not.”

Hi Hannah, Thank you so much for your feedback and for being a valued customer. We're pleased you love your seaweed print! We roll our unframed prints in a cardboard tube for transport, as this is the safest way to send them. The curl will flatten out, but the paper shouldn't have any creases. Can I ask if the tube was intact, or was there any damage to it? Sometimes, the couriers can be a little over-enthusiastic! “I was pleased with the speed of service and the framed print arrived well packaged without any damage. I was a little disappointed with the quality of the frame in view of the price of the item. That would potentially put me off from buying from this company again.”
