“Service was poor. Took two weeks for prints to arrive. Contacted via email after a week to see what was happening - no response. Followed up via live chat - had to wait 24 hours for a response. Was told that prints would be dispatched the following day and I would be sent tracking information. Took a further week for prints to arrive and no tracking information was ever sent. As somebody who regularly buys from online retailers, this experience was significantly below what I'm used to. Won't be buying from them again.”

Never has it taken so long to get artwork to a customer so we apologise for this, and it is not representative of our normal fast service.
