“Bunk beds fine good quality however the mattresses fit are too tight making it almost impossible to make the beds so unfortunately we can’t use them unless it’s an emergency”
“I orferef s mattress online for next day delivery specifically to tie in with a day off from work I had. The night before and checked my emails snd bedkingdom had emailed earlier in the day saying they were unable to process my order as didn't have my postcode... I thought they was a bit odd since I lime order forms usually require all boxes to be filled before it would submit. I emailed back woth my postcode and questioned it and asked if the mattress will still be delivered. Next day I had an email back saying that I'd missed the cut off for delivery that day which was disappointing. I couldn't arrange for the next day after due to work and there were no weekend deliveries so had to wait till Monday, 4 days later... not the end of the world but it then meant I wasn't able to set it up and get it out the box for several days. I don't understand how you can submit an online order form without a postcode if that's required? Or why someone in customer service couldn't get a postcode by goggling the address? Or loading the truck with my order and calling me to confirm my postcode. But other wise all ok 👍”
“Our bed was delivered and we were happy with it, noticed a slight chip in one of the wood panels and I called to get a replacement for it, so they resent the bed panels in the box with many other unnecessary parts. We got it back quickly and was satisfied with it.
Bee it good quality and as I expected.”
“We were very happy with the bed frame but the wrong mattress was delivered and we didn’t receive the mattress protector that we had ordered. Customer Service were brilliant however and they resolved both issues immediately.”
