“I would definitely recommend Best4frames - the frames are good quality and I was really pleased with the custom cut mounts. The customer service was excellent - when I phoned with queries I always spoke to a very helpful person straightaway - no waiting in a queue- and the queries were dealt with very efficiently.”

“Very good communication and excellent mounts. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I found it quite complicated getting the size I wanted, which was a simple 5"x5" mount to fit an 8" x 8" frame. Because they add 3mm on every side so it properly overlaps, I had to work out 5"-3mm on every edge, it made me go quite cross-eyed. (If they had an option not to add the 3mm that would be helpful.) However always worth it in the end and I ordered a big batch last time so I'm set.”

“Product delivered looked as it appeared on the website. However, for the price it is no better than something I would buy from Wilko in ordinary times - sprayed softwood, stapled together. Not worth the price I had to pay for it.”

“I found the website and instructions for frame and mount sizes easy to understand, after being confused by another site. There was a huge choice of frame coIours. I was warned of a delay with delivery because of the pandemic but it arrived earlier than expected. Well done Best4Frames.”

“The first bespoke frame I ordered was a little warped. When I messaged to query this, I was told a replacement would be sent and sure enough it arrived the next day. I then ordered a whole load of other frames. The timescales for delivery were longer due to Xmas and Covid, however, these did arrive quicker than expected. Nice quality, reasonable price, great customer service. Would recommend and will use again.”

“I had 4 bespoke frames and mounts made and they were of great quality. They were just as I ordered. Best$frames managed my expectations in terms of delivery given the current circumstances. The frames I got were in oak and (as I knew) needed a little polish to bring out the best in them.”

“I ordered a set of three frames back in the summer, the delivery was a little slower than I anticipated but as soon as I brought it to their attention they could not have been more helpful and the frames were dispatched immediately and honestly worth the wait. The second lot of frames I ordered were perfect, beautifully made and look brilliant so I am ordering a third lot in the next few days. If you are looking for online frames, I really recommend this company”
