“Ordered on line Tuesday..custom made mounts and frames + Nielson standard frames....all delivered Friday of same week.Postage costs were minimal. Had to make telephone query about acrylic face and was patiently talked through my problem which in reality did not exist! Customer service was unfailingly pleasant and polite throughout. Service at all levels was superb. I cannot make high enough recommendation for this company. I will not price compare in future but go straight to Best4frames for frames and mounts.”

“Well worth the pennies. Good quality-couldn't find anything else like this for the price. Nice as it's glass with an aluminium frame. Not plastic and more plastic. Although the packaging is sadly plasticy bubble wrap stuff, however it does say it's fully recyclable, I just don't know where / how yet. Also, I guess if you want your frame to arrive in tact, this may be difficult to avoid, although hopefully Best4Frames will move to a non-plastic alternative soon. Delivered in great time (as per delivery info). Ever-so pleased with the new frame - has given my world map poster a whole new lease of life. Utterly recommend.”

“I purchased a few frames online only to be told by an automated email later on that they wont be delivered until two weeks after the initial delivery date due to stock issues. I called up to complain and a lovely lady called Sarah found me the closest alternative (which was an upgrade), agreed to cover the price difference and ensured they were delivered on time. Because of this excellent customer service I'm happy to give 5 stars. The product was also excellent, and packaged very well and efficiently that ensured these fragile items arrived intact without the tonnes of cardboard and plastic waste you usually get, which was nice. Fully recommend.”

“Ordered a custom frame for a picture; took 5 working days for delivery, over the New Year period, so fairly reasonable. Frame was as described on the website, and as ordered. Easy to fit the picture, and the mount, into the frame, then up on the wall it went. All good.”
