“I really didn’t like your traffic school because at the beginning u said it’s only 14.99 but at the end became $49.99 and it wasn’t open book I tried to go go back to lessons but it won’t allowed me so it wasn’t easy at all I don’t recommend people to choose this traffic school”

“This is the worst traffic school I’ve ever dealt with. They never sent my certificate over to the DMV. So now my rates of insurance is skyrocketed beyond belief. Hands-down the worst track score on the market”

Hi James, This review is completely false as we have sent you 5 emails in 2021 regarding your case. We provided two proof of submissions and then sent you an email when the court rejected the submission due to the case number being incorrect or not in the system. We never got any replies from you, so there's nothing we can do about it.

“Traffic course was okay however when I tried to pay for the basic payment it would not take my payment. So then I sent a help chat and it let me pay the second time but it charged me the maximum $40 that was not fair I just wanted the basic”

“If you choose the cheapest option available these guys will spam you with emails trying to make you paranoid that their certificate didn’t get deliver to the court.”

“I feel like I was trapped, after finishing the course, into paying the extra fees. I could not escape from the page that added the extra fees. I did not want to run the risk of wasting the time to complete the course by signing out so had no choice but to pay extra fees. I was very close to disputing the charge on my Visa card but ultimately decided to suck it up and swallow the extra fees!”

If you were not sure how to remove them, we would have gladly helped you. We did not get any emails or chats from you either.

“I took the traffic school 5 days ago and they still have not got the submission to the court. I have waited over a week now, and nothing posted with the courts. I called Best Traffic school and a very rude lady could not answer any questions and was rude to me. I would not use the service again because I can not count on them to be professional.”

“Good course. After course over, the price went up to 49.00 with no way to exit out of payment. I was not satisfied with the advertised price and then a 30 dollar increase in price.”

“You guys should really inform potential customers what dictates un eligibility. Maybe include if you have applied for traffic school with in 18 months that u are in eligible for traffic school , wasted my time and money”

Hi Anthony, As I explained over email, students only take traffic school if they are eligible. If students do things out of order or take it on their own, we do not know. We have a warning before payment that says, it is your responsibility to make sure you are eligible to do traffic school. There are 10 different eligibility factors, we cannot be responsible to list them all.

“This is a bad traffic school because of its fake advertising. When I search, it showed the price is $14.99. Then it changed to $9.9 when I wanted to leave. I stayed and tried. At last, the price changed to the $14.99, plus lots of fees. The total would be $48! It included a “peace of mind” package which makes me unpeace! Because this package said we might fail to send your records to the DMV if you don’t pay this!”

We had to change our course fee due to the $9.99 no longer covering the cost to submit. And the extra packages are all optional and easily removable.

“The course is informative, well organized and easy to get through. However, beware of the pricing. Their Marketing Ploy or Come On is to make you believe that they are the cheapest school price-wise but it could actually be the most expensive if you pay for all of their extras. They provide a warning that the courts may not receive your documents and it is your responsibility to follow up; which can only lead you to think that they might not follow through on their promise of sending in the required documents to the court and DMV if you don't pay the extra fees. It is a deceitful practice and I give them a poor rating as a result. I would prefer to know everything up front.”

“it was a fine anodyne experience until i completed course and have since been assailed with promotions and constant predatory requests to upgrade, pay more or else! Which I heartily resent. As soon as that started your program became disreputable and shady in my eyes. So that is the review I would probably give somebody asking me about my online traffic school experience.”

Hi Sean, We are sorry to hear about your experience. However, I'm not sure how an email promoting an optional upgrade is "predatory" or amounts to "pay more or else!". Unfortunately, most people don't bother checking with the courts and then blame us 6 months or a year later when they have issues. We are providing a valuable optional service for people who want them.

“Terrible customer service. I eventually made it work but there are better options. Be aware that if your certificate is not received it's because the court computer system is defective but they will blame your school.”

“I completed the traffic school course on March 13th it is now April 9th and the court has not received the certificate! I called the number to see if they could help me and they gave me an email to contact someone. I'm still waiting to hear back....”
