“The program was acceptable. However, you are ripping off those who chose to use it because when it reaches the end and it's time to pay you have extra charges that say they are optiional, but there is no way to prevent those charges. That is dishonest. In legal terms (I am an attorney) it is fraud. I will write to the DMV about this fault in your program and invite, indeed encourage, an investigation. You have many competitors and you trap customers into your site by advertising how inexpensive you are. You should be ashamed of yourself. There are better ways to differentiate your program than lying to the public.”

“It was horrible, things wher repeated over and over, took 15 hours to complete. It said the course was $27.00, then I was charged $64.00, almost 3 times more than it said”

“I didn’t receive my certificate in the mail and I paid the extra postage, which was $10 to get it still today. I don’t have my certificate. I appreciate it if I can it could be sent. Have a good day.”

“Very good text and images for lessons. Refresh rate between screens was worst of any website I have been on. It took longer to go to next screen than to read the screen. So bad I switched to another company where I didn't have to wait so long between screens. Their screen changes were instant, but text inferior, so I completed the course with Best Online. I checked, and lag was not on my end. If this were fixed, I wouldn't hesitate calling it "Best." But until new screen lag time fixed I wouldn't choose it again.”

“This took months to fight a case where i was supposed to be going just a couple miles over the limit. It was an area with a downward slope and just passed where the speed limit changes. After it was all said and done i was told they made a deal and gave me traffic school. ... problem is, after paying for it all is discovered i wasn't actually eligible for traffic school. I think they could have at least told me that part. What did I pay for exactly? Don't go here. It's a waste of money!”

Hi Robert, We told you several times that we are not licensed in Arizona, nor do we mention Arizona anywhere on our website. If you are ticketed out of state, you have to follow the procedure in that state. Unfortunately, you didn't read any of our emails or information, and would have avoided taking the wrong course. This is not our fault.

“They didn't send the certfiicate to DMV and/or court. Or if they did, it got misplaced because I still had to go to court to present it. Waste of my day. To pay extra (min. $6.99) to have them send a proof of submission is just a hard sale. And when on top of that they don't even do what they're supposed to (sending certificate to DMV and/or court), then it's just a waste of my time. I'm sure there are other services who will make sure your case is complete and you don't have to appear in court to proof that you, in fact, pass your certificate at your traffic school.”

Hi Michael, Thanks for your feedback. We did submit it to the court and DMV. If you were approved to do traffic school before completing the course, then the court would've accepted our submission right away. You would not need to appear in court

Hi Frank, Thanks for your review, but you are incorrect, and this review is misleading. It says so in the first screenshot you uploaded that you did not pay the court traffic school fee. You have to pay this fee before completing the course. Additionally, you should contact the court if there's an issue. “I didn't read a single sentence of the course. I simply fast forwarded theough each leason, and then waited for the answers to the quizzes to complete on the 2nd try. I couldn't even recall what the topics were.”
