“I didn't read a single sentence of the course. I simply fast forwarded theough each leason, and then waited for the answers to the quizzes to complete on the 2nd try. I couldn't even recall what the topics were.”

“The website claimed to be a free traffic school when I first logged in. But as I proceeded to finish the traffic school it surprised me with a $54 charge! So no I’m upset about that.”

“I was satisfied with the test but was upset that the price was $19.00 but then after taking the test I was told that if I really wanted the results to definitely get reported to the DMV then I should buy the extra $25.00 dollars to ensure this would happen. Classic bait and switch tactic that is reprehensible! I paid the extra cost under duress. I think you should reimburse me the $25.00 just because it is the right thing to do. I will post a poor review online for all to see unless you do. Than you for your consideration of my request., Teresa Moore”

Our course fee includes same-day submission guaranteed, however, you are responsible for following up with the court. This is not included and is not advertised as included. We cannot offer it for free.

“Misleading regarding the cost. But you probably hear this all the time. No one ever mentioned that it would be more than the $19.99 as it was advertised until after you complete the course. Adding on "garbage" extras), It is a real "bait and switch" and I would try and steer clients away from using your company.”

“They did not send over my traffic school certification and then tried to lie and say I’d follow up with the court myself when I’ve never once had any communication with anyone from this company. No one ever follows up with the court after traffic school cause it’s the school’s responsibility to send over the information.”

“I am 100% insulted that they want to charge you more than the test itself to give you piece of mind that the court accepted your test completion. Instead you just have to go to http://courtcertservice.com/ and it tells you how to easily confirm with the court. And if for any reason you need another copy submitted, it is again insulting that you would charge for "Best Online Traffic School" NOT DOING YOUR JOB!”

“How is it that you say it only cost $14.99 and at the end the actual price is $43.99 to get to the court on time by your court date otherwise it could take 6 months.”

Hi Steven, Thanks for your feedback. The course fee is $14.99, and it includes guaranteed same-day submission. So I'm not sure where you have read six months. That is nowhere close to accurate. The court processing time does not impact your due date, which is clearly explained before you pay. In the optional extras you purchased, you get a physical certificate, proof of submission, free resubmissions, and proof of processing from us. That is what you have purchased.

Hi Krystal, We see that you completed the course on 2/14 and it was submitted on 2/14. The court won't process it until 1-2 business days, so I'm not sure how you can say it wasn't submitted. We provided all of this information, so please follow the steps first before saying it wasn't submitted. We know for a fact that your case is closed.
