“When I chose Best Online Traffic School, they stated the price was $19.99. Not until the end of the quizzes did they state the total cost would be close to $55. This company was VERY misleading and would not recommend them because of this !”

“Everything was going well and of course when it came time to finish which you’re stressed out and want to get it done as soon as possible, It was very difficult checking out and getting rid of all the stuff I didn’t want which most people would just go with to finish. I’m 66 years old and have been disabled for 12 years and don’t have the extra money and completing the transaction at the end was not painless and easy at all. You need to work on that.”

“BE AWARE !!!!!! The actual course was good. Easy to follow and informative. When choosing a dmv approved course there were many low cost options starting at $5.00 I went with this one for 25.00 and also received a discount code upon signing up as I didn’t want to have any issues with it being confirmed with the DMV. ( thinking if I paid more it would be solid. ) After completion and paying for it that is when the bait and switch comes .. offering two more pay price tiers to guarantee that dmv actually gets notified with proof !! Really ? Pretty certain that’s what most people are counting on !! Goodness !! Very disappointed!! So in a nutshell , save your money .. take the $5.00 course and just call your local court yourself for confirmation. People like honesty up front and this was sneaky. 😤😡”

Hi Saxon, After we declined to give you free additional services in exchange for 5 stars, you have written us a poor review. There is no bait and switch, as you get exactly what we promise in our course fee. Any additional services are not included and that is not advertised as included. As you have correctly said, you can call the court yourself and we encourage people to do that. You have incorrectly stated our course fee is $25. It was $19.99 and you paid $18.49.

Hi Sangmin, We do guarantee same-day submission with our course fee. And you paid only for the course fee, and your completion was submitted. We require you to follow up with the court, as we do not guarantee you will be credited as the submission is processed by the court, not us.

“The site stated it takes 2 hours. It took me about 7 hours. I read half then discovered the audio. I got to the end to pay & then you added fees. Made it sound like the regular fee wouldn’t be sufficient. But your site says no hidden fees. I felt deceived.”

Hi Linda, The time to complete the course is up to the individual. Some people take long and some people do not. The 2 hours is the average time. We provided exactly what we promised in the regular course fee. It just required you to follow up with the court.

“claims to be best online traffic school but totally baited and switched me on pricing. First off they advertised a discount that was not there when I clicked on it so instead of being 7.95 it was 14.95 so I said screw it and went ahead and took the course because ya I needed to do traffic school. So I do the course . Get to the end and there is a ceririficate completion fee of 9.99 and what they call a peace of mind service fee of 24.99 their explanation for the peace of mind fee is they check the court data records and email you to tell you the court has recieved it and your case is closed. Which is something you can do yourself just by going to the court website and entering your ticket numbe. In others WTF they totally jacked me and of course I had completed the course and passed so I was damn I have been suckered. This is BS and ya they will probably respond to this with some of kind it was in the fine print . Ya no there was no fine print this course is a ripoff totall scam.”

“Price is deceiving when at the payment stage there are attempts to sell other products. It makes it seem as if just paying the basic price does not give a reliable service in the sending of the completion documents to the court.”

Hi Abe Thanks for your feedback but your statement is actually incorrect. We clearly say that we will submit it to the court and DMV instantly after you pay. However, we require students to take responsibility for following up and ensuring they are credited.

“Too long of test. 8 hours?? God sakes I’ve been driving for 49 yrs! The tests for getting your first license aren’t even THAT long. WAY TOO LONG!!”

Hi Deborah, Thank you for your feedback. 8 hours is a DMV requirement and California law. I'm not sure why you would leave us a negative review for a legal requirement. However, the course is self-paced, and there are no timers. This means you can go as fast or as slow as you wish.
