“Purchased a personalised book for a friend. Paid for the 3-5 day delivery but never received any confirmation of dispatch. I emailed them, got a response from Louise Wharton saying she would look into it and then heard nothing. I sent a further two emails but never got a response! Awful service! I remain with no contact, refund or idea of where the gift is!”

“Unfortunately the mugs I ordered are unusable, the Mrs mug if she was to use it in her right hand others would see bank whereas the mr mug is the correct way round it’s the Mrs who normally changes her name!!!!! . I’ve now had to pay and order again from a different company”

“Was absolutely shocked how small the item was compared to the photo it came all scrunched up took it out the bag still looked terrible gave it to my dog to play with will never order from you again”
