“Thought a little expensive for what I received compared to other Web sites. Boxes were slightly battered from warehouse. which was a shame as gifts All three boxes were packed well for despatch”

“I had a bad experience with ordering personalised initialled bears for my grandchildren which took over 3 weeks to arrive . The customer service is lacking and it takes them days to get back to you . The quality of what I received was very good but sadly the whole experience from the company was poor”
