“I paid £7.95 for next day delivery it didn't come the next day. It came the day after. If I paid for it why didn't it come on time.”

“Ordered on Friday night realised I made a spelling mistake within 20 mins by one letter and requested to be changed via email many times over weekend Eventually Tuesday I had a reply to say too late it went into production on Saturday Being very annoyed by this only to have it delivered Friday fortunately spelt correctly So where did this go wrong also there is no phone number to contact In the end it was ok but a lot of stress on the way which was not needed Four days to reply to emails Many thanks anyway”

“Unfortunately my engraved carousel has arrived with a huge scratch on it under the engraved writing. The product itself is lovely so it’s such a shame as it’s a gift that is ruined now”
