“I couldn’t recommend Bikago more! They were extremely helpful and efficient with problem solving - dropping the bike directly to our hotel and picking it up from a villa in a different region. The bike we chose was basically brand new and very well looked after, much safer and smoother than the usual bikes you hire off the street. Plus the helmets are clean and actually work. They’re flexible and friendly and go the extra mile to make sure it’s an easy process. Next time we’ll have a bike waiting at the airport for us! 100% good experience! Misa NZ”

“Bikago costs more than others! But it's worth every penny you spent. New bikes, perfect online (chat) support 24h. If you search a bike for more than 1 or 2 days - i would go again with bikago! Regards from switzerland!”

“It was very convenient to get bike delivered straight to your hotel. The guy was very nice and explained all the features of the bike. Prices are very nice. I would recommend to book in advance so you have a choice of the bikes. The small bag with plastic window for the phone is very comfortable, so you can use your phone as navigator. Bali got many traffic jams, so it's understandable if guys can be a bit late. Thanks to Mary who was always there to answer any questions about the rent.”

“We rented a Yamaha Nmax 155 which was delivered with 2 helmets to, and collected from, our Villa in Ubud at the scheduled time. The bike was in very good overall condition with low kms, which proved very handy during our stay in Ubud. We had no issues with the bike and was cheap to run. I would recommend Bali Bike Rental / Bikago if your after a quality bike and good service.”

“The Bikago service is safe, correct and good. We got a well prepared Honda Vario 150 with two helmets and the scooter papers with the key. Since we were staying at The Rice Joglo in Ubud, which is 10 minutes by bike on a small path through the rice fields, the Bikago delivery man had to walk back for 20 minutes to the main road when he delivered the scooter. I offfered him a lift with the bike but he said he would run back to the road. But great service they deliver the scooter at the front door in remote places. And come and get it back the same way. If you fix a time with Bikago for delivery you will mostly experience that they send a mail that they will be later due to traffic or else. I think this is standard procedure! When the scooter should be picked up we got the same story. They sent us a mail that we should leave the keys at the reception desk and that we make some pictures of the scooter and send it to them because of the insurance payback. We did not care to do so but be flexible in your mind on this with Bikago.”
