“Very good service as always in your Hyndland store. My mum is a regular visitor where I know she is always made to feel very welcome and she has purchased a few items over the years. She tried on and loved the fit and quality of the Lainey coat. She was encouraged gently to think about it and I just so happened to pop in myself and the lovely lady ( I don’t know her name blonde hair) let me know that mum had been in and loved the coat. So I went home checked with mum that she really did love it and I bought it for her Xmas. The standard of service ( from the lovely blonde lady) is excellent she knows her customers even the ones that are just popping in for a browse and she is so kind to my mum who is 80. So overall great service and a beautiful shop.”

“Great shop with lovely personal service. Went in looking for a dress for a significant birthday and it was a difficult choice so much so that I ended up buying one then ordering a second online when I came home which arrived promptly with a lovely handwritten note. Will definitely be back.”
