“all worked as it should be ! Received the driver’s message he was there ! He was at the exit door with our name printed big . Great nice Mercrdes Class E , new or almost new . Great driver explainin g us through over an hour drive different topics about places around us , up to the door of our hotel .”

“Driver was courteous & friendly. Car was clean. Traffic made it difficult for the driver to arrive on time, maybe 10-15 minutes late. Driver stayed in constant contact with us keeping us aware of his distance from our location. We gave him our description and exact location. As he arrived he gave us his physical description. We spotted each other. He greeted us, collected our luggage & off we went. We chatted with him all the way to our hotel. He thanked us for using Black Lane & wished us Bon Voyage.”
