“I recently ordered a small number of items and the order was very promptly sent. Unfortunately, one of the items was the wrong size. When I contacted Bolt and Nut, their response was immediate. They apologised for the error and the correct item was sent along with a reply paid sticker to return the incorrect items. I could not wish for better service.”
