“Not provided the SS t nuts I ordered. The ones sent were thinner and had an almost zinc like finish and nothing like the burlier ones shown in the image. Pulled a few into the back of my climbing board and it takes bugger all for them to fold. The ones I was sent are also don't have a 13m depth. Disappointing.”

Thanks for letting us know, all of our u bolts are from Hobson Engineering and we use these specs, I have checked and there is a sizing issue with the latest delivery for this size. I have updated our website. Regards Michael

“Product was fine. Price was fine. Wasn't overly fussed by the random bolts and rivets or cigarette butts in the container as well.”

Hi Tim, wow, I wasn't expecting this. Cigarette butts in the container!!! Are you able to send me images of the container as none of our staff smoke so how they ended up in a container is an absolute mystery.

“Poorly packaged which led to the threads being dented. The rods should have been strapped together in the packing tube so they couldn’t hit against each other. They use Australia Post for delivery, so be prepared for a long wait to receive your order. However, the website is very good which made the purchase very easy.”

Hi Adam Thanks for the feedback Adam, I have had a look at the delivery time and see Aust Post took a week to deliver from Brisbane to rural SA, which is within the estimated timeframe we give. We can only send 1 metre allthread via Aust Post to rural addresses if our main couriers do not service the postcode or we think it is on the edge of their service area. In regards to the packaging, we introduced the tubes 18 months ago as we were having issues and to date we haven't had further issues until your situation. I will have another look at how we package them. I am sorry it caused your inconvenience and if you want to discuss this with me, please call our office and ask for me. Regards Michael

“I assumed that a T10 sized bit matched the M10 bolts, nuts & washers that I bought in the same order - nope. It would have been good customer service if someone had picked up on this before shipping everything, making me have to question & re-order the correct size & wait another week before being able to complete my project.”

I have tried calling you. We are sorry you misunderstood the drive size sizing you required for the M10 screws you purchased. Every security screw listing on our website has the drive size in the title, they can also be found in the technical specifications table within each listing. In regards to contacting you prior. We do try to contact customers when we see potential errors but we are processing up to 7000 lines a week and we don't always see them. This is why our site has so much technical information. Hi John Sorry your order hasn't arrived. I looked and saw you ordered at 5.10pm Wednesday and we shipped it the following morning at 9.53am. I see you are in country Victoria, there has been a lot of delays with freight into Victoria with all the different couriers we use. We will put an enquiry in which should help. Regards Michael

Hi Giuseppe, we are sorry you order hasn't been delivered. I have checked our system and see you ordered late Friday night 1st Oct and we picked and packed on Saturday 2nd and it was collected by the courier on Tuesday 5th (4th was a public holiday). Checking you address I see you are located in Melbourne, unfortunately there are a lot of delays with freight being delivered into Melbourne. Hi Brett Sorry you haven't received your order. I have had a look and see you ordered at 10.28am Thursday 9th September and we shipped at 12.43 same day. I can see you choose the Free option of AUST POST Letter delivery UNTRACKED which we state in the checkout is currently taking up to 12 business days into Victoria and NSW due to the current situation which is completely out of our control. Today is the 7th business day. We are suggesting in the checkout to choose a quicker method like Express from as low as $9.00 if your item is urgent If you need to talk to us please call our office on 07 3192 9800 during business hours Regards Michael

Hi Scott, sorry you order hasn't arrived. I have checked your order and see you placed it at 5.53pm on Saturday 4th and we picked packed and shipped it on Sunday 5th. I did see you choose the slowest delivery method AUST LETTER UNTRACKED, which currently is taking up to 12 business days. This is due to the volume of freight Aust Post are handling. Hi Evan, thanks for the comments and feedback. I had a look at your order and see you order 30x 2 sizes of m2 product. Both are very small and both are counted by hand. Our policy is always to give extra stock but at times there is human error and we do make a counting mistake. Please contact our office and advise how many you were short and we will send them out to you. Regards Michael

Hi John Something doesn't sound right, I looked at your order and in the specs it states it is a right hand thread. Can you tell us where it is you were buying a left hand thread nut as we would want to fix any problem straight away. Regards Michael

Thanks for the feedback .I am sorry that your order was delayed from being shipped for 2 days, if you look at our reviews it is a very rare occurrence. We do ensure all orders leave same day by carrying huge stocks and having extra staff on in the mornings to pick and pack but sometimes we get orders for qty's larger than what we carry and we have to wait for deliveries.

“I placed my order on 6 Feb, and received a receipt for payment. I had not received any further communication for 2 weeks. After emailing sales, they told, besides my receipt, they had no record of my order. I had to re-order what I wanted. Received my parts within 3 working days after this. A little disappointing that it took me to ask for a status update before getting the order processed.”

Hi Paul We are sorry you were disappointed with your dealing with us. I had a look and see you originally placed your order on the 6th Feb as a guest, something went wrong with our credit card processing company eWay and whilst we did receive payment we were never notified of your order. You contacted us on Sunday 21st chasing it up and we replied that afternoon. Within 24 hours and a few emails back and forth we despatched your order at 12.23pm on Monday 22nd and it was delivered to you in Melbourne 2 days later on Wednesday 24th. We understand it was inconvenient for you and we apologise. Sometimes things don't go to plan but I am pleased our office dealt with the problem with the urgency it deserved and it was resolved quickly. Regards Michael Walker - Owner

“Prompt dispatch however beware of confusing product specs. The business insists on charging a 20% restocking fee for returns regardless of the circumstances if misunderstandings occur (I managed to confuse bolt length for major diameter, which I felt wasn't made clear upon ordering). It won't be financially worth it to pay return shipping plus fees and it's a mistake I won't make twice. Disappointing!”
