“I would love to give you a glowing review the only issue is that I haven't recieved the goods so I don't believe anything that say would have any relivance. I would like to review my previous review as I understand things now is that as a result of the cyclone that impacted the Brisbane area recently there have been a number of delays in postage and handling and that is why I have yet to received the goods, how ever I have since placed an additional order with Bolt & Nut Australia on Saturday 22/03/2025 and it has arrived in Perth already which I would say is very fast turn around & look forward to receiving the items ordered.”

“I had to predrill most of these screws as they would not start to self drill as they should. It was quicker to do it this way. Then I didn't waste any. They need to be cut better .”

“Package and delivery fine. However the bolt is not as described on the website, which stated the threaded section was 1". In fact the thread was longer so the unthreaded portion was inadequate for the use required.”

“I bought 4 Sausages of glue. Only received 2 nozzles. Sausages just put into an undersized box. Box fell over and Sausages+ nozzles went all over the cab of my ute. I came to pick it up.”

“Although the purchase and delivery of the products was very good, unfortunately when trying to use the rivet nuts the crimping tool pulled the thread out of the nuts, making them unusable. Not to worry, it was worth a try.”

Hi John I just checked what you ordered, after finding the flange nyloc nut was being difficult to wind on, did you apply a grease to the threads of the bolt to help reduce the fiction? If not, try it, often that solves the issue. Also to reduce the possibility of galling, when tightening reduce the installation speed substantially. Since you only have a few to do tightening with a spanner is advisable. Let me know how you go Regards Michael

“The full description of these bolts specifically stated that they had 1" of thread which was important for my application. They actually barely had 3/4" thread so I had to cut the threads longer. You need to update your website as it is misleading and judging by other reviews I am not the first to experience this. Fortunately I had a suitable die nut. The bolts also tapered lightly (about 10 thou) from end to shaft and threads were pretty rough and would not accept nuts past one nut width so needed a die run down them anyway. Kind of annoying for such expensive bolts but I have fixed and fitted them now.”
