I purchased some left handed nuts which were stainless, and did not fit gal thread, so we’re returned awaiting a refund ,it’s a shame I could not discuss this purchase on the phone before purchasing .

Hi Peter Sorry you are unhappy with your purchased. I have looked at your order and can only see nuts were purchased. If you had purchased nuts and the galv Allthread we would have rang you asking if that was intentional. We have saved many projects by calling customers prior to dispatching an order when things didn't look quite right. Our phone number is on our website and take calls regularly answering questions or provide advice. You can return the nuts for a full refund by sending them back to the address on the invoice. Regards Michael Walker

Quick to dispatch, unfortunately, items are not as described.

It was too thick for my intended purpose so I filed it down. More dimensions on the website would be beneficial. Thanks!

A number of driver bits were ordered as x 32mm and the invoice says 32mm, but they were only 25mm.

Ordered in stainless steel 304L and received some (5) in mild steel. Not very happy considering the price they cost in stainless steel 304L…

The bit drilled a ragged hole that was under size. While the product under performed, Bolt & Nut were outstanding in their communication and willingness to rectify the situation...

The M10 was a different pitch. My order mistake, not sure if the company realised at the time? Have since found their pricing is a little high

Item did not turn up at all, and attempts to email B & N were rejected by the server! Not impressed!

B&N supplied the correct machine screws (Bolts) that I required. The delivery turnaround was good. About a week or so. I think the prices were very high though. $0.75 for each M3.5 x 10mm cap-headed black steel bolt. I will use them again, but only if I am stuck again.

The package was delivered safely. Although let down by Australia Post delivery driver at the end, No card left only an electronic notification saying it was delivered. Had to track down local PO to make sure they had it. Will still buy in bulk again. Thanks Pesty

The heads on the M3 nuts and bolts seem to be between 5 and 6 mm so a 6mm socket is too big and a 5 is too small

Hi Glen The head size / spanner size for M3 is 5.5mm as per our specifications table for this product. This is why a 5mm spanner is too small and a 6mm is too big. Regards Michael

I had a small order of 5 small Allen wrenches. Ordered 5 received only 3. One star for each..

Metal is not strong enough to successfully insert the fitting without breaking the flange. Might be ok for very soft timber but be sure to cut a rebate to receive the flange if you want a flush finish. Once you crack the flange you can’t remove the fitting without getting untidy either. Service was efficient but the product needs to be better.

Hi all, The bolts are fine as expected. As you warned Aust Post is probablly snowed under. Bolts arrived yesterday afternoon (28 July) ..really snail mail. Fortunately my repair wasn't urgent. Overall all OK. Thank you David Wooding

I had placed a small order on line with Nuts and Bolts Australia, it wasn't in my mailbox last Monday it could be there this week as I only check my mail box once a week as it is close on 35 kilometers round trip from my residence. As most things I need are by mail order so I know the price of freight and postage, most suppliers charge above the cost so it becomes a defacto mark up on the purchase of the product. Don't rip off country customers.
