shipping showed 1-3 day sadly its day 5 and no arrival yet recieved notification items due in another 5 days, 10 days total delivery time FFS why offer 1-3 days delevery when cant deliver I had the exact same delay with my last purchase

Hi Stev, I have tried a few times to speak to you but haven't been successful. Unfortunately we have been affected by Tropical Cyclone Alfred, forcing our business to close and the freight companies stopped collecting any freight from Thursday 6th March until today 11th March. Everyday we have been updating our website with information on the cyclone and what effects it would have to orders placed. Today Australia Post collected your order today and it is now in their system. We do apologise. Regards Michael

Hi Len, It's always best to contact us direct as we are always happy to help. We have had a lot more than usual reports of slower than normal deliveries to VIC, not sure what is happening. Checking your order this morning, it is still within the estimated delivery timeframe so I cant do anything until we pass that time. 17 days and still no bolts, could get them from overseas quicker, no ski boat for the family for Christmas, no online shopping for me ever again

Hi Andrew Sorry Aust Post hasnt delivered your order. The option you choose when you placed your order doesn't allow us to track it or follow it up but at this time of year it not uncommon for Aust Post to take an extra day or so pass the estimated (19th Dec) as they are so busy with high volume of Xmas freight. If it doesn't arrive Tuesday let us know and we can resend it. Regards Michael

If they're supposed to lock down without being undone easily by a 3 year old or just rattle off in the slightest of breeze (ie. pissing on it will make it come loose) These are unsafe do not recommend

ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS ONCE I PLACED THE ORDER ,I PHONED THEM TO FIND THE ORDER THEY CLAIMED THE ORDER WAS RECIEVED THEY SENT A PHOTO OF THE SIGNATURE THAT COULD HAVE BEEN DONE BY MY 14 MONTH OLD .THEY STILL REFUSE TO REFUND OR REPLACE AND THEY WONT ANSWER THE PHONE OR EMAILS ANYMORE. I FOUND THE BOLTS WERE AVAILABLE IN A LOCAL SHOP AND STILL THEY WONT ANSWER OR REFUND.

Hi Chris Not quite right. 1. Order was delivered 14th Oct 2. Our phones work and are answered 5 days a week between 7.30am and 5pm 3. We always reply to emails 4. Aust Post confirmed the parcel was delivered, you then contacted us, we lodged an enquiry and never heard back so assumed problem was resolved 5. We never refuse to refund or resend Regards Michael

I ordered perforated hose clamps based on the description 'Hose Clamp Worm Drive Universal Perforated Band' - they were not perforated. The company acknowledged they were at fault (..'We have sold thousands of these hose clamps and until now we didn’t even realise the difference. We do now.') and then offered for me to pay full-price for a new order of the correct items (which they promptly sourced from elsewhere), go to the trouble of sending the old items back and not recieve a refund until they were recieved some time later at their end. A bit more trust and compensation would have been nice. Hopefully the items are now correctly described on their website.

Hi Sharon, Thanks for the review, never nice seeing customers unhappy as we do try very hard to ensure the information we have on our 24,500 listing is current, correct and accurate. When you informed of an issue I can see it was treated as priority and fixed promptly. We were a little embarrassed as we had not realised, even after 7 years of selling hose clamps that our website data was in fact incorrect. We have since removed the listings, updated the data and images and now they are correct. In regards to your refund, unfortunately due to alto of bad experiences with customers not returning orders they promise to return we had to change the way we process refunds, as a small family business we just couldn't continue to absorb the costs. That is why you didn't receive your refund until they were back in our warehouse. I did see we paid for the return and you were refunded the same day. You did not pay full price for the replacement hose clamps, in actual fact you paid less than what we paid for them. After having to hunt around as our other supplier also had incorrect data and images, so we ended up having to purchase them from a supplier we dont normally use at a cost higher than what you paid. Sorry Jeffrey Aust Post hasn't delivered your order, I can see you choose tour most basic delivery option which is certainly slower than a tracked service. At the time of ordering the estimated delivery timeframe we gave you hasn't passed, once it has , and it still hasnt arrived, let us know and we will resend your order. Regards Michael

Hi Clive Sorry Aust Post hasn't delivered your order. I have checked and can see you ordered at 11.40am Saturday 5th August and we packed it at 1.32pm same day. You choose the free letterbox delivery service with an estimated timeframe of 4 - 7 business days. Even though today is the 7th business day, I can see you are rural so it might be another day or so. if you do not receive it by Friday 18th email us at sales@boltandnut.com.au and I will arrange to resend it. Hi Harry, sorry you order hasn't arrived. When you placed it you choose the free Aust Letter untracked service and based on your location we gave an estimated delivery timeframe of between 6-8 business days, tomorrow is the 6th business day. It should arrive any day. We do offer up to 7 delivery options ranging from overnight to standard letter delivery. If you would like to contact us directly, we will be happy to assist. Hi David I just tried calling you. I am sorry you haven't received your ordered. I can see you placed it Sunday night at 6pm and we shipped it the following morning @ 8.25am. I also noticed your choose the Australia Post Untracked service, when customer choose that option we do advise at the time that option can take between 7 - 11 business days for delivery to your postcode. Hi Matthew Sorry your order hasn't been delivered by Aust Post, we have seen a slowdown in deliveries due to the Easter holiday break. I had a look at your order and were you aware you selected the Aust Post Letter delivery untracked where we advise before you make payment that it can take up to 11 business days based on your post code. I also noticed you ordered at 3.50pm on Thursday 6th (day before easter Friday) and we picked and packed it Easter Saturday and it was collected by Aust Post on Tuesday 11th. Taking in account the public holidays today is the 7th business day. If it doesn't arrive in the next few days please let us know and we will resend it. Regards Michael

Hi David, We are sorry for our picking error, we understand accuracy is critical and our error held up your project which is something we are not proud of. I have looked into what happened and saw you emailed us on Wednesday 29th at 10.39am advising of the issue and Chris V replied 1hr 10mins later acknowledging the error and replied advising he would resend the correct bolts that day, he also said you could keep the incorrect ones as they may come in handy on another project. We handpick 100's of orders a day 7 days a week and unfortunately we do make the odd error, when we are advised of an error we treat it as priority and ensure we respond quickly, we understand the issue and make sure we are resending the correct item that day. Am really NOT happy that I could not pay for the items in cash and yet I was able to drive out to facility to collect the items once paid online. I will NOT be accessing your Service again by choice for this reason.

Hi Deborah I was really disappointed when I saw your review. You rang me Friday 13th December (5 weeks ago) late in the afternoon in a real pickle because you couldn't find anyone in Ipswich that had the item you desperately needed for the weekend and you found them on our website. Even though our warehouse was closed I said we would help and asked you to place the order online and we would get it ready for you while you were driving here. When you arrived you confirmed the items were exactly what you needed and left as far as we know very happy. At no time during the phone call or when you were collecting your order did you mention you had wanted to pay with cash and was disappointed you couldn't. I called you 2 days ago to discuss this review and confirmed if you had asked we would have happily accepted your cash.

Hi Tony, Sorry you misunderstood how our website works. We don’t force customers to buy a qty they don’t want or need so on our site you can order any qty you want. I can see you brought 1x screw and we shipped it to you for a total of $4.75. If you go back and have a look, if you had entered 50 it would have cost you $9.50 delivered and 100 $14.25 delivered Unlike most of our competitors we don’t have a min order qty, a min order value and we don’t charge freight for normal deliveries. Instead we offer upto 13 tier prices (the larger the qty the cheaper the unit price), spend discount and free freight everytime.
