Sorry Jeffrey Aust Post hasn't delivered your order, I can see you choose tour most basic delivery option which is certainly slower than a tracked service. At the time of ordering the estimated delivery timeframe we gave you hasn't passed, once it has , and it still hasnt arrived, let us know and we will resend your order. Regards Michael

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ITEMS YET. I REALLY CAN'T RATE BOLT AND NUT AUSTRALIA, THEY ARE PROBABLY LOST IN THE POST.

Hi Barry, sorry Aust Post haven't delivered your order. Based on the estimated delivery we gave prior to ordering it is still within those dates. If it isn't delivered by Tuesday 14th let me know and I will arrange for it to be resent at our cost. Hi Clive Sorry Aust Post hasn't delivered your order. I have checked and can see you ordered at 11.40am Saturday 5th August and we packed it at 1.32pm same day. You choose the free letterbox delivery service with an estimated timeframe of 4 - 7 business days. Even though today is the 7th business day, I can see you are rural so it might be another day or so. if you do not receive it by Friday 18th email us at sales@boltandnut.com.au and I will arrange to resend it. Hi Harry, sorry you order hasn't arrived. When you placed it you choose the free Aust Letter untracked service and based on your location we gave an estimated delivery timeframe of between 6-8 business days, tomorrow is the 6th business day. It should arrive any day. We do offer up to 7 delivery options ranging from overnight to standard letter delivery. If you would like to contact us directly, we will be happy to assist. Hi Terry I have tried contacting you about your comments regarding SPAM emails. Apart from emailing you a copy of your invoice, payment confirmation and shipping tracking details we do not send SPAM or marketing emails nor do we have a subscribed option on our website. Regards Michael

Hi David I just tried calling you. I am sorry you haven't received your ordered. I can see you placed it Sunday night at 6pm and we shipped it the following morning @ 8.25am. I also noticed your choose the Australia Post Untracked service, when customer choose that option we do advise at the time that option can take between 7 - 11 business days for delivery to your postcode. Excluding Anzac day and weekends today is the 8th business day. You should it see any day. If you want to discuss further please call me direct on 07 3192 9800 Regards Michael - Owner

Hi Matthew Sorry your order hasn't been delivered by Aust Post, we have seen a slowdown in deliveries due to the Easter holiday break. I had a look at your order and were you aware you selected the Aust Post Letter delivery untracked where we advise before you make payment that it can take up to 11 business days based on your post code. I also noticed you ordered at 3.50pm on Thursday 6th (day before easter Friday) and we picked and packed it Easter Saturday and it was collected by Aust Post on Tuesday 11th. Taking in account the public holidays today is the 7th business day. If it doesn't arrive in the next few days please let us know and we will resend it. Regards Michael

Hi David, We are sorry for our picking error, we understand accuracy is critical and our error held up your project which is something we are not proud of. I have looked into what happened and saw you emailed us on Wednesday 29th at 10.39am advising of the issue and Chris V replied 1hr 10mins later acknowledging the error and replied advising he would resend the correct bolts that day, he also said you could keep the incorrect ones as they may come in handy on another project. We handpick 100's of orders a day 7 days a week and unfortunately we do make the odd error, when we are advised of an error we treat it as priority and ensure we respond quickly, we understand the issue and make sure we are resending the correct item that day. Am really NOT happy that I could not pay for the items in cash and yet I was able to drive out to facility to collect the items once paid online. I will NOT be accessing your Service again by choice for this reason.

Hi Deborah I was really disappointed when I saw your review. You rang me Friday 13th December (5 weeks ago) late in the afternoon in a real pickle because you couldn't find anyone in Ipswich that had the item you desperately needed for the weekend and you found them on our website. Even though our warehouse was closed I said we would help and asked you to place the order online and we would get it ready for you while you were driving here. When you arrived you confirmed the items were exactly what you needed and left as far as we know very happy. At no time during the phone call or when you were collecting your order did you mention you had wanted to pay with cash and was disappointed you couldn't. I called you 2 days ago to discuss this review and confirmed if you had asked we would have happily accepted your cash.

Hi Tony, Sorry you misunderstood how our website works. We don’t force customers to buy a qty they don’t want or need so on our site you can order any qty you want. I can see you brought 1x screw and we shipped it to you for a total of $4.75. If you go back and have a look, if you had entered 50 it would have cost you $9.50 delivered and 100 $14.25 delivered Unlike most of our competitors we don’t have a min order qty, a min order value and we don’t charge freight for normal deliveries. Instead we offer upto 13 tier prices (the larger the qty the cheaper the unit price), spend discount and free freight everytime. I placed an order with Bolt & Nut Australia and paid extra for the courier service for speedy delivery direct to me. The conditions placed on the order for the use of the courier were that they either give it to me or leave it in a specific place. Despite these conditions, they never knocked or rang my doorbell and they certainly didn't leave it where they were told. When I approached the supplier the package wasn't even in the place that the courier actually left it. In fact I didn't see it till the next day. As the conditions specified regarding Authority to Leave were not met I requested and refund of the courier cost. The supplier became argumentative and then outright rude. I gave them plenty of time to provide the requested partial refund but they refused, I said to them if they would not provide it that I would detail what had happened in a review of their service and mark down their rating accordingly. Their response to this last part was inappropriate, to say the least. For their customer service or more specifically, the lack of it, I recommend that you consider the many alternatives to using this company.

Hi TeeKay Your order was placed on our website with standard parcel delivery as your preferred freight option, it was delivered to you in Sydney in 2 days and left in a safe place (letterbox) as the driver deemed your front door wasn’t a safe place due. When you couldn’t find it you asked us to follow it up, which we did, and we supplied photos of it in your letterbox, which you later confirmed your flatmate took the package and didn't tell you. After a barrage of emails from you claiming we / and courier didn't follow your terms and conditions therefore we have to refund you, we tried to reason with you but when you started to threaten us with negative feedback and then sent another round of unsavoury emails we felt you left us no choice other than ceasing communicating with you on this matter. Probably are a good company to deal with but I am Unable to give my review as this item has not been delivered to me as yet. Aramex tell me that they are "experiencing delivery delays", never use them again, they are always late from my experience with them.

Sorry Aaron that the courier hasn't delivered your parcel, I can see it has been delayed but i cant see where you have contacted us to help? Contacting prior is always the best as we are always willing to help. We have just lodged an enquiry with them and will advise. Regards Michael

Hi Hassan Sorry you were unhappy with your purchase. I have checked the product and could not find the same fault using the recommended 5mm allen key for that product as you have reported. I did however notice the internal hex drive slightly rounded if I used an imperial 3/16" allen key which is similar but slightly undersize it did round. Regards Michael

Yes it was a balls up, and I do hope next time a delivery goes wrong you actually work with the company to resolve the problem instead of making it soo damn hard it ended up taking a lot longer than it needed to take. Regards Michael
