Unfortunately, we purchased these to fit the M8 leveling feet purchased from you previously and they did not fit properly, unable to screw in. I did email regarding the best fixing method with no response and had to resolve it separately through another supplier as time was critical due to it being a HSC major work.

i bought cross dowel fittings for my major project and when they arrived the appared to not be square when threaded rod what screwed into it so i had to make my own bolts instead of using them from this websitee

Hi John, I have tried calling you and have sent you an email. We have checked our system and Aust Post and it is on schedule according to their estimated delivery time. I suspect it will arrive any day. If it doesn't please contact us directly as that is the best way to resolve any issues. Regards Michael

Hi Mark I checked our emails and couldn't see anything from you in regards to the non delivery of your order. I have just checked the tracking details we sent you and your parcel was collected by Couriers Please at 11.37am and delivered at 2.07pm. Regards Michael

More than 50% failed - the shafts were so soft they sheared off where the rivet gun grabbed them (even after I brought a more expensive gun - supposedly better). I ended up snipping them off and hammering them flat on an anvil. A lot of wasted time...

Hi Anthony, Sorry, you have encountered issues with the rivets you purchased, until this review we weren't aware there were any. We take quality issues very seriously, this morning we removed that size from our shelf and ran several in-house tests and found they worked correctly. Hi Brain Sorry you haven't received your order yet. All freight into NSW is proving a problem with delivery timeframes all over the place. I see you ordered it at 8.57am on Saturday morning and we shipped it that weekend (we work 7 days) You choose the free untracked service, which is great for people that are not in a rush and don't want to spend more on the freight than what their actual order is (your order was $8.55). Based on timeframe we provided at time of order today is the 6th business day. Give it a few more days. Don't forget, if its urgent and under $40 choose tracking, its a lot quicker and at only $6 its pretty good value. regards Michael

Hi Wendy Sorry you haven't received your order. I have had a look and see you ordered at 11.56pm Friday 3rd September and we shipped at 12.08pm Saturday 4th September. It was collected by Aust Post on Monday 6th. I see you choose the Free option of AUST POST Letter delivery UNTRACKED which we state in the checkout is currently taking up to 12 business days into Victoria and NSW due to the current situation which is completely out of our control. We are suggesting in the checkout to choose a quicker method like Express from as low as $9.00 Based on other customers located in regional VIC, it should be delivered any day. Ordered and shipped 24-Aug ... still not here despite numerous requests on Couriers Please. Spoke to Jayden at Bolt & Nut 0849 6-Sep; he assured me he would check it and get back to me ... not a peep. Twice now I have had to postpone / cancel the tradespeople. You get 24 hours to have the goods delivered, then I dispute the transaction.

Hi Peter Sorry you are having issues with your delivery. It is definitely difficult times with freight into NSW with so many freight companies behind due to volume and restrictions. Hi Nittur Vijay We are sorry your parcel hasn't progressed from the Blacktown depot to your business. Now we are aware of the issue we will contact the freight company. Unfortunately due to covid in NSW and you being in a hotspot a lot of deliveries are being delayed and now we are made aware we will work hard to try to get the company to deliver your order. Hi Steve Sorry you are not happy with the delivery timeframe you choose, according to our system today is the 9th business day from Brisbane to Tasmania for letter delivery and we do state due to lockdowns in QLD, NSW, and VIC letter delivery can take up to 12 business days. In the checkout we offer up to delivery 4 options, unfortunately you did choose the slowest one. based on your postcode, I suspect it will any day.

Hi Kjell, thanks for the review. The reason why your delivery may not have been delivered is because your order was $6.65 and you choose the FREE shipping option which means it is sent via Australia Post standard mail. Due to your location it can take upto 15 business days. As I write this it has been 10 business days. Our FREE postage is great for people who are not in a rush but if you do need it quickly you can always choose the Parcel delivery option for only $6 which takes 2-3 days. Hi John only buying 1 screw is always going to be dearer, especially considering postage and fees etc. I see you brought 1x screw that is very hard to find anywhere, it was delivered to your door for only $4.18 (includes postage). if you brought 50 screws it would have cost $10 (including postage) and 100 screws $13 (includes postage).
