“Prompt dispatch however beware of confusing product specs. The business insists on charging a 20% restocking fee for returns regardless of the circumstances if misunderstandings occur (I managed to confuse bolt length for major diameter, which I felt wasn't made clear upon ordering). It won't be financially worth it to pay return shipping plus fees and it's a mistake I won't make twice. Disappointing!”

“I ordered and paid for the two eye bolts on 13 September. They have not yet arrived. Therefore it is a bit difficult to write a review. I live in hope of seeing the bolts at some point in the future, understanding that the coronavirus is making deliveries more complicated than usual.”
