Prompt dispatch however beware of confusing product specs. The business insists on charging a 20% restocking fee for returns regardless of the circumstances if misunderstandings occur (I managed to confuse bolt length for major diameter, which I felt wasn't made clear upon ordering). It won't be financially worth it to pay return shipping plus fees and it's a mistake I won't make twice. Disappointing!
