“After my order arrived I found I was short five sanding discs. After I emailed the office the looked into it and found it was a packing error.They were very quick to fix the issue and my discs were posted the next day. I have used this company on many occasions and found them reliable. I have my goods delivered to my door cheaper than I can by them locally.”

Sorry Jeffrey Aust Post hasn't delivered your order, I can see you choose tour most basic delivery option which is certainly slower than a tracked service. “I mistakingly went to Bolt & Nut thinking they were a retailer outlet not realising all orders had to be completed on-line. The staff were very generous with their time and after sitting in my car and completing an on-line order they had it picked immediately and I was on my way. Excellent staff and great product.”

“Package and delivery fine. However the bolt is not as described on the website, which stated the threaded section was 1". In fact the thread was longer so the unthreaded portion was inadequate for the use required.”
