“OK, I contacted Bolt & Nut for copper washers for my 70-year-old French Peugeot 203 historic car, not a big order at all, but the time and effort they went to to ensure my satisfaction was exemplary, I had odd metric dimensions and they suggested that my actual dimensions aligned more with Imperial dimensions so maybe I should consider adding them to my order, just in case. Of course, B&L staff were absolutely right, French car = Metric right ?.... but No .... French car, yes but British brakes. You would have thought my order was for hundreds of dollars to B&N for the time and effort afforded me, but in fact, it was worth much less. Fantastic delivery time, beautifully wrapped, but by far and away the stunning service, patience, and professionalism were beyond reproach.”
